AT FORTY ONE – private suites & rooms

Synonymous with excellence, prestige and tranquility, it is inside a prestigious period building in the historic center of Rome, and more precisely at 41, Torino Street, between San Bernardo Square and Repubblica Square.
Inside there is a feeling of being at home because of the warm and cozy atmosphere.

The rooms and suites: elegant, refined and quiet, they overlook the city and the large courtyard of the historic building that houses them. All accommodations have an elegant and contemporary design, with furnishings and amenities designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay and a peaceful and comfortable rest.

Elegance and charm welcome guests, returning them to the warmth, serenity and privacy of their own home to ensure a high standard of quality during their stay. Some of the windows overlook Torino Street, so you can enjoy the dome of St. Bernard’s Church and St. Susanna’s.

Completely renovated in 2022, AT FORTY ONE offers unique and exclusive hospitality in the center of Rome, recreating the pleasant feeling of being at home in a refined, comfortable and private environment.
In an elegant 19th-century building, we offer spacious rooms and luxury suites, just a stone’s throw from Piazza S. Bernardo, between the Barberini and Repubblica metro stations.

PARKING

In the immediate vicinity, outside the ZTL, we recommend Parking Esedra, a guarded parking lot with H24 payment, which is located at 10 Modena Street, 100 meters away from AT FORTY ONE.

It offers a unique and exclusive location in the historic center of Rome. You will be in an excellent location for visiting the monuments and countless museums that the Eternal City offers. The most famous exclusive shopping streets are also within a few minutes’ walk.

 Trustindex verifica che la fonte originale della recensione sia Google. 在at forty one住了三個晚上，從第一天check in到最后一天退房都很開心，雖然櫃檯只有早上九點到下午六點營業，但是透過what’s app可以隨時與飯店人員聯繫，他們有問必答，回覆速度也很快，甚至會很熱心的推薦遊客羅馬著名的景點和交通方式。早餐的buffet是和外面餐廳合作，提供乾淨好吃、選擇豐富的餐點。總之我們在at forty one度過了美好的時光，下次到羅馬也一定會再次選擇這家旅店！

Von der ersten Minute an waren wir mit allem zufrieden. Vor der Anreise wurden wir per WhatsApp kontaktiert und haben alle notwendigen Informationen vorab erhalten. Ein Flughafenshuttle gegen Aufpreis ist ebenfalls möglich. Am Anreisetag wurden wir bereits unten im Eingang von Harry in Empfang genommen. Da wir etwas zu früh waren, konnten wir unser Gepäck dort hinterlassen und wurden umgehend per WhatsApp kontaktiert, als das Zimmer fertig war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, täglicher Reinigungsservice und sehr geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Bevor unser Abenteuer losging, haben wir von dem super freundlichen Mitarbeiter Harry sehr ausführliche und hilfreiche Tipps über Rom bekommen.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im At Forty One sehr genossen und würden jederzeit hierher wieder kommen. Die Freundlichkeit, der Service, die Sauberkeit und die gute zentrale Lage haben uns sehr überzeugt und zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Rom maßgeblich beigetragen. The room is very clean and you have Good Location in the City.
Especially Harry from the Staff is very Kind.

We just checked out of this lovely hotel. It was modern while still charming. Ariana at check in and Harry at check out were so gracious and attentive. Harry helped us make a quick last minute rush to see the Pantheon before leaving Rome! The almost 100 year old elevator was quirky and a delight. There was a sitting area outside of our room and 3 others which we didn’t use but would be really nice if traveling with a group. Towel warmer, bidet, amenities and room service were nice touches. Our stay included breakfast at Timoty’s which was a full spread and delicious. Loved that! We would absolutely stay here again.

We (2 adults 1 child) stayed for 5 nights and really can't fault this hotel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, had a smart TV, fridge, had plenty of storage for clothes and a decent sized bathroom. Pre arrival communication was good. Check-in was easy and smooth, any communication via whatsapp was easy with prompt replies, I accidently left my phone plugged in on charge one day, we sent a message asking to please unplug it and they did so promptly. Staff were really helpful in recommending local restaurants and routes to take and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was thoroughly cleaned daily with fresh towels etc and the mini bar prices were reasonable (although we did not purchase anything). The pillows could have been a little softer but this is a minor drawback and by no means a dealbreaker just personal preference. The location was great, walking distance from/to Termini, loads of bus services on Via Nazionale and a short walk to Repubblica metro station. The road the hotel is on was really quiet and the hotel had a lovely entrance way which was also safe and secure. 100% would stay here again.

We had a nice 366 sq foot suite nicely renovated with 2 bathrooms (one with a small hot tub). This suite could easily accommodate 4 people. One bathroom was a bit small but not a dealbreaker. We had a king bed which was firm but not a dealbreaker. The staff was very friendly and helpful (thank you Harry). Our deal included continental breakfast buffet at nearby Timothy open til 1130 am which was also very good and had a very nice staff. The location of the hotel is convenient: near Republique subway station, short 10-15 min walk to Rome Termini - easy access to the airport, and close to the bus lines. The hotel is within walking distance (20 min walk) to most of the major attractions. The hotel had a small interesting elevator from 1927. I would come back here again.

Exceptional rooms in the heart of Rome! Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a comfortable bed along with its own coffee machine—a perfect touch for a relaxing stay. Förträffligt boende mitt i centrala Rom på gångavstånd från Termini-stationen. Vår familj med två barn (8 och 12) bodde i en King Suite och promenerade till alla stora sevärdheter med lätthet. Rent, fräscht och mycket fin standard. Mysig hiss från 1927 i byggnaden.

Great hotel, very close to tourist attractions, also close to Central Station, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, staff was great, they gave us free early check-in, also arranged transport for us when we needed it. Excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and felt newly renovated. The staff were friendly and supportive. The hotel is conveniently located near the main tourist attractions in Rome. We had a lovely stay here, we stayed for two nights and the staff were lovely and a great spot with all the attractions only a 30 minute walk away. The pillows were very puffy so uncomfortable to lay on. We also left early on our last day to go to an attraction and left our belongings in our room as check out wasn’t until 11am , we received a text an hour after we left at 8:53 am saying they have moved our belongs from the room to reception which was quite a surprise as we hadn’t checked out nor was able to go back in our room and check if we had left anything , the cleaning was done by the time we got back so couldn’t go back in our room. Overall good location but the communication wasn’t the best.
